Marty's printed guide contains a wealth of route information, some nice photos, as well as some great history on the region. Sure, you could order it from Amazon, but why not pick it up from Rock and Snow to support local business?
Rock and Snow
Rock and Snow has very knowledgeable staff and is conveniently located off of I-87. Need to pick up a guidebook? Need to rent tools/boots? They've got one of the best gear selections in the area. A visit is always worth the trip, since the staff usually have great info on current ice conditions.
